These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (the client) and Ribbon and Blooms (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By placing an order or confirming a booking with Ribbon and Blooms, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.
1. Ribbon and Blooms reserves the right to accept or decline bookings and orders at our discretion.
2. We aim to provide accurate representations of our products and services online, but natural variations in colour, size, and availability of flowers may result in slight differences between the images shown and the final product.
3. Ribbon and Blooms reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or higher value if specific flowers or materials are unavailable. Where significant changes are required, we will notify you in advance.
4. All arrangements are for decorative purposes only. Flowers and plants should not be consumed by humans or animals, as some may be harmful.
1. To confirm a booking for an event or wedding, you must provide written confirmation via email at info@ribbonandblooms.com.
2. A deposit is required to secure large bookings. Payment of this deposit signifies your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Changes to bookings, including adjustments to flower quantities or designs, must be confirmed at least 14 days before the event date. Additional charges may apply for late changes.
1. A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required to secure any event or wedding booking. Without this deposit, we cannot hold your date.
2. Full payment for weddings and events is due 14 days before the event. For smaller orders or products, payment is required in full at the time of purchase or ordering.
3. Payments can be made by BACS transfer or major credit and debit cards.
4. Failure to pay the balance in full by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Products:
1. Due to the bespoke and perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or returns unless there is a clear issue with the quality of the product.
2. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will investigate and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
3. Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
Weddings and Events:
1. In the event of cancellation, all deposits are non-refundable.
2. Written notice is required for all cancellations. The following cancellation fees will apply:
28 days or more prior to the event: No charge.
Less than 28 days, but more than 14 days prior: 25% of the total cost will be charged.
Less than 14 days, but more than 7 days prior: 50% of the total cost will be charged.
Less than 7 days prior to the event: 100% of the total cost will be charged.
1. Deliveries are made to the address specified in your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the delivery.
2. We require 48 hours’ notice for all flower orders to allow for sourcing and preparation. For urgent orders, please contact us directly.
3. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect details or situations beyond our control, such as traffic or extreme weather.
1. Props and vases hired from Ribbon and Blooms remain our property.
2. All hired items must be returned in the condition in which they were provided.
3. Any breakages, losses, or damage to hired items will be charged at their full replacement value.
FORCE MAJEURE
Ribbon and Blooms cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver services caused by events outside our control. These include, but are not limited to, extreme weather, transportation disruptions, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
1. All designs, photographs, and content created by Ribbon and Blooms remain the intellectual property of our company.
2. Some photos displayed on our website or in promotional materials are attributed to freepik and are used under the appropriate license. These images are copyrighted and remain the property of their respective creators.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
